For noisy/poor quality recordings/complex terminology, a revised charge per audio minute will apply to cover the extra time needed for transcription. This will be notified before commencement of work.
Recordings received after 12.30 p.m. will incur an additional charge of 10p per audio minute for same day turnaround.
Evening/weekend work undertaken by prior arrangement will incur
a 10% surcharge
